Blue Eryngo
Eryngium planum, or Blue Eryngo, is a hardy perennial with upright stems topped by spiky blue flowerheads in summer. Its deeply lobed, blue-tinged leaves and bristly bracts add striking form and colour from July into autumn. Clump-forming and drought-resistant, it is well suited to gravel gardens or wildlife-friendly planting, with good pollinator appeal.
