Returns and Refunds

How to Initiate a Return:

To return a product, please follow these simple steps:

  • Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@laurel.ie within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number in the subject line and provide a brief description of the issue.
  • Prepare Your Return: Ensure the item is in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Include all accessories, instructions, and any free gifts that came with the order.
  • Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

RETURNING PLANTS: We understand that plants require special care. To be eligible for a return, plants must be returned in the same condition as when you received them. This means you must follow the provided care instructions to maintain their health. Failure to follow these instructions may render your return request invalid. Please ensure plants are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

REFUND PROCESS: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reach your credit card/bank account, depending on the financial institution. 

YOUR RIGHTS AS AN IRISH CUSTOMER: Under Irish consumer law, you have the right to a cooling-off period of 14 days from the day you receive your goods. During this period, you can cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund. Additionally, if the goods you receive are faulty, not as described, or do not meet the standards you expected, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
