Cotoneaster adpressus ‘Little Gem’ (Creeping Cotoneaster) is a low, wide-spreading shrub with small green leaves that turn scarlet in autumn. Summer brings white flowers flushed red, followed by bright red berries. Easy to grow and low maintenance, it is excellent groundcover for Irish gardens.
