Aucuba japonica ‘Crotonifolia’ is a medium-sized evergreen shrub with leathery green leaves boldly spotted with yellow. In spring it produces small purple flowers, followed by glossy red berries when pollinated. Recognised with the RHS Award of Garden Merit, it is also drought resistant and long lived. A striking foliage shrub for Irish shady borders and screens.
