Agapanthus umbellatus ‘Albus’ is an evergreen perennial with clump-forming foliage and rounded umbels up to 25cm across. In late summer and early autumn, it produces a hundred or more elegant white trumpet-shaped flowers on stems to 1.2m tall. With no pruning required and excellent as a cut flower, it brings height and bright seasonal colour to Irish borders and containers.
