Agapanthus ‘Ovatus’ is an evergreen perennial forming upright clumps to 1.5m tall, with strap-shaped green foliage. In summer, large umbels of pale to mid-blue flowers appear, lasting well into autumn. With the RHS Award of Garden Merit, and valued as a drought-resistant cut flower, it thrives in sunny Irish borders or containers.
