Acer platanoides ‘Crimson Sentry’ is a narrow, upright Norway maple reaching 12m tall and around 5m wide. Its deeply lobed foliage holds a rich red-purple colour from spring through autumn, finishing with a brilliant display of red. Clusters of yellow flowers tinged with red open in spring, followed by winged fruit. Loved by pollinators and easy to maintain, it is a bold vertical accent for Irish gardens.
