Acer palmatum ‘Jerre Schwartz’ is a compact, deciduous shrub or small tree reaching about 2m tall. Its feathery foliage emerges bronze-green with pink tones in spring, matures to dark green, and finishes in vivid red during autumn. Inconspicuous spring flowers are followed by red seed pods in summer. Low maintenance and upright in habit, it is well-suited to small spaces and containers in Irish gardens.
