Acanthus ‘Whitewater’ is a bold herbaceous perennial reaching 1.5m tall and spreading up to 1m. In summer, tall stems rise above variegated dark green leaves splashed with white, carrying white funnel-shaped flowers with purple bracts. Recognised with the RHS Award of Garden Merit, it is drought tolerant and excellent for cut flowers.
