Swamp Wattle
Acacia retinodes, known as swamp wattle, is an evergreen shrub growing 4–8m tall with a spreading habit up to 4m across. Remarkable for its lemon-yellow spherical flowers, it blooms intermittently through the year, often bringing colour in every season. Its slender green foliage adds softness, making it a fine feature for sunny, sheltered gardens. With its long flowering season and bushy growth, it is particularly appealing in Irish coastal and courtyard plantings.
