Blue Atlas Cedar 'Glauca Pendula'
I hold the RHS | Award of Garden Merit
Cedrus atlantica ‘Glauca Pendula’ combines blue-green cedar foliage with a strongly weeping habit, its dense branches hanging vertically to create an unusual sculptural outline. Considerably narrower than the standard blue Atlas cedar, it can still reach 4 to 8m in height. Full sun and well-drained soil suit this exceptionally hardy specimen tree.
✅ Weeping blue-green foliage gives a highly architectural form
✅ Much narrower than a standard blue Atlas cedar
⚠️ Allow for an eventual height of several metres
(−20 to −15 °C) Very cold-hardy
