Astelia nervosa ‘Westland’ is an evergreen perennial with arching sword-like leaves of bronze-green flushed silver, often touched with red in cold weather. Medium to large in size and clump forming, it adds year-round structure and colour. Holding the RHS Award of Garden Merit, it performs well in coastal and sheltered sites. A bold foliage plant for Irish borders and containers.
