Coronilla valentina subsp. glauca ‘Citrina’ is a compact evergreen shrub with fine blue-green leaves and umbels of lemon-yellow flowers from February through April. The blooms are fragrant and brighten sheltered sunny corners early in the year. Carrying the RHS Award of Garden Merit, it is drought resistant, generally pest-free, and an excellent choice for Irish gardeners seeking reliable winter-to-spring colour.
