Confetti Garden Trio ‘Sunshine’ combines compatible summer plants in a tone-on-tone mixture of yellow, paler yellow and white flowers. The individual varieties have been selected to develop at a similar rate, producing a balanced mound rather than one plant overwhelming the others. It is ideal for hanging baskets, patio containers and window boxes where the bright colouring can be seen clearly. Grow in full sun in fertile, well-drained compost and water frequently during warm or windy weather. Apply a liquid feed throughout the flowering period and trim back any disproportionately long stems if necessary. The mixture is frost tender, so delay outdoor planting in Ireland until late spring and protect it if cold nights are forecast.
