Begonia elatior ‘Joy Light Pink’ Description

Begonia elatior ‘Joy Light Pink’ forms a compact, well-branched plant with glossy, fleshy green leaves and clusters of delicate light pink flowers. It makes an attractive flowering houseplant and can also be displayed outdoors in a sheltered container during warm summer weather. Position it in bright indirect light indoors or partial shade outside, avoiding strong midday sun. Water when the upper compost begins to dry, allowing excess moisture to drain away, as constantly wet roots can cause decline. Feed lightly during active flowering and remove damaged blooms and leaves. This begonia is frost tender and must be kept indoors through winter in Ireland. A warm room with good light will help prolong its display.
