Agapanthus ‘Nina White’ Description

Agapanthus ‘Nina White’ is a compact evergreen variety selected for its prolonged and abundant flowering. Pure white blooms are carried in large rounded heads, sometimes reaching around 20cm across, on short sturdy stems above a dense clump of dark green foliage. Flowering can continue from early summer into early autumn in favourable conditions. Growing to approximately 40 to 60cm, it is particularly effective in patio pots, raised beds and smaller sunny borders. Plant in full sun in fertile, well-drained soil and maintain regular moisture while the plant is actively flowering. Remove fading stems to prolong the display. As an evergreen variety, it should be protected from severe frost and excessive winter wet, especially when grown in a container.
